A Good Teacher

Teaching is the most important occupation of them all. Yes people I believe that teachers is utmost important because they create other careers. Without teachers there wont be any lawyers, doctors, managers, policemen, ect.. With this in mind it is important that teachers must have good characteristics. so what is the characteristics of a "good" teacher?

Firstly a good teacher knows how interact with the learners (physically, and mentally). Secondly, a good teacher gives affection to the pupils, makes them understand what emotion is and thus also how to act like a professional. Thirdly, a good teacher smiles to his/her pupils even when they work on his/her last nerves and shows endurance.

Furthermore, a good teacher teaches not only text book materials but also the truth that's happening outside in the real world. Practice balanced with theory. The teacher is therefore very updated on the latest trends on what is happening within their specific learning subject. With this being said, it is therefore very important that a good teacher dedicates him/herself to the job. A good teacher are committed to the job and show interests. A good is lastly a parent or guardian. A good teacher understands that a child is not only a tiny bundle of joy that can cry, smile, laugh. He/she must understand that in front of him stands a true miracle of life.

With all these characteristics in mind I can see no other reason why we all don't want to be a good teacher. I am confident that I will be a good teacher because I am currently tick most of these boxes of a good teacher. I am a very good communicator and knows how to talk to people. I can get peoples attention and also keep it for a period of time. In addition to that am I also a person who can commit and stay committed on a project. Lastly, am I understandable individual, whom always have room and time to understand other peoples circumstances and is not fast to judge people.  this is why I'm confident that I will be one of the best teacher one day!
